The Program Director has the qualifications and business acumen to manage multiple, large scale, global, high risk, strategic SAP and non-SAP projects that span process and organizational boundaries and service different partners/vendors.? The Program Director provides leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria while ensuring adherence to program management methodology practices.? The Program Director leads project discovery and delivery model proposal efforts including project structure, organization, scoping, estimation and risk assessment.? The Project Director will have the ability to manage multiple complex projects that require coordination of work between various parties, in support of Glatfelter’s organizational vision and digital transformation.?

Ihr Profil:

Located in Gernsbach Germany. The Business Intelligence Analyst's role is to collaboratively work with business users and IT team members to design and implement BI software and systems. This position focuses on the front-end presentation layer, within the Business Intelligence landscape. This includes blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users. The Business Intelligence Analyst is also responsible for ensuring high levels of BI availability through support functions and in-depth testing. Duties include the daily support of user activity, maintenance of existing systems, development and/or configuration of new functionality or applications, work within the processes and standards of a global organization, and maintaining appropriate relationships with the business and within IT.
